"In my 22 years of being a carpet cleaner, I have only seen the most educated carpet cleaners succeed. Those without an education often struggle and eventually move on to something else, but educated ones make a good living in our trade, they raise good families, live in good communities and make positive difference in their life and everyone else they touch. I was never good at anything in my life. I was never good at carpet cleaning either until I educated and learned everything about my trade. I became the very best. Being the very best in just one thing turned out to be the very best thing that could happen to me."
